Broad Ministry Operations

• To interact with pastors and other pulpit ministers  and to expose them to Worklife Ministry
• To assist these pastors to learn the small changes that can be made to their current ways of ministering to the "saints" in the workplace who make up their congregations.

Business Owners/Decision Makers:

• Meet weekly/monthly, for fellowship, teaching and prayer. Teaching should be related to needs in business. E.g share around Os Hillman’s TGIF (Today GOD is First), Proverbs for Business, by Steve Marr, John Maxwell’s “Laws of Leadership” series. The essence is to relate the Bible’s teaching to a business situation. Prayer should relate to personal and business issues.

• Periodic courses and workshops aimed at equipping the believer in business. E.g. Os Hillman’s “The 9 to 5 Window” workshop, study guide included in “Loving Monday – Succeeding in Business Without Selling Your Soul” by John D. Beckett.

Other Employees:

• Periodic courses and workshops aimed at equipping the believer in the workplace. E.g Os Hillman’s “The 9 to 5 Window” workshop.

• Encouraging and assisting the setting up of Workplace Fellowship groups.

Personal Ministry Operations

Business Owners/Decision Makers:

• One on one mentoring at the workplace, including the offer of practical skills, where applicable.

• Circulating words of encouragement when prompted by GOD to do so.
